1. To-dos Before You Start

If you want to provide a unique voucher code (percentage discount), which can be used by your customers during the booking process on different pre-defined services, first create a voucher offer under the Tab:

Management > Offers > "+" > Voucher Discount

ℹ️ Note: For every customer, a unique voucher code will be created.

If you want to send a special offer to your customers, for example, for their birthday, please make sure the birthday date is a data field under the section Customers -> Data Fields and even better, make it a mandatory data field, so you have a date of birth for every customer in your database. ℹ️️ Note: You can’t create offers if you are using the Branch Manager.



2. Creating A Promotion

To use a skill, you have to create a "Skill Set".

Go to Apps, search for the TIMIFY Assistant app you installed previously and simply click on it. There, you can find the Customer Celebration skill and click on the Add skill set button to start creating your promotion with Timi.

By default, we created the customer birthday promotion, which means conditions are pre-filled when you open the app. The data field birthday date is preselected, so the customer gets a special promotion for their birthday. Of course, you can also define other events, such as your company's 10th anniversary or other occasions.

2.1. Essentials

First of all, fill out the name for your Skill Set.

As you can see, we've already created the "Customer birthday" occasion, so you can use it or create a different one by choosing Other.


2.2 Triggers

The data field birthday date from your customers' database is selected, so the customer gets a special promotion on this date. You could leave the settings as they are, and every customer will get the promotion for their birthday - or another data field with a date in it.

ℹ️ You may want only specific customers to receive the birthday email - this can be done by using tags (for example, a customer is tagged as "VIP" or "Churned").


2.3. Actions

Select when the email should be sent to the customer. By default, it would be sent on the customer's birthday, but you can define if it should be sent before this date.

To customise the email, you may use the integrated AI and let Timi create the message for you. Just click on Customise email, and then Generate text.

Of course, you can also create your own text and upload an image to customise the email the way you prefer.

The next step is to choose if your customers should be able to book every service you offer, or if you want them to be able to book only specific services. In this case, you can click on "Selected services " and choose the services that should be bookable using the voucher code.

Don't forget to activate the voucher code if you want to offer a discount in addition to sending the birthday mail.

After finishing the setup, you may want to preview the email you created.

Timi also supports you in tracking the success of your marketing actions. If you want to track which customer booked a service after receiving your email promotion, you are able to use your tags or create a tag in advance, which will appear on the bookings in your calendar.


2.4. Outcomes

Additionally, you can see how much time your employees save by using Timi and how much costs you save for your business.

In the section "Outcomes", you can specify how long an employee would have been working on such a promotion and how much this employee earns on average per month. We will create a statistic using the data you provided.

By default, we use a 15-minute carry-out time and 1200 Euro salary, but you can change this data, of course.

If you use a voucher code, please activate the first option (see screenshot below), so the revenue will be calculated based on the services booked via the promotion mail.

Otherwise, we calculate the revenue using the average price for your services.

Last but not least, save your new Skill Set. From now on, customers will get their occasion emails from Timi.


3. Statistics

If you want to see the statistics Timi has collected for you, simply click on the TIMIFY Assistant App and go to the tab Expenses & Outcomes, where you will find all your Skill Sets and the relevant statistics for each one.
