What data do we process from you?
The data we process in connection with your application includes the following categories:
(1) Contact data (e.g., your first and last name, your e-mail address, your postal address)
(2) Applicant data (e.g., cover letter, resume, references)
(3) Salary data (remuneration, bonus, salary expectations)
For what purpose do we process your data?
We process your aforementioned data solely for the purpose of conducting the application process and evaluating your professional suitability for the position applied for (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR in conjunction with § 26 BDSG – Federal Data Protection Act).
Who gets access or insight into your data?
We do not pass on your personal data to third parties. Internally, only the departments that need to evaluate the application for the specific position will have access to and view your application documents. This includes, for example, the respective supervisors, the team leaders and, of course, the management. we work together with other providers or their tools in the course of processing your application (e.g., storing your data), we naturally ensure that we have concluded the necessary contracts for these cases, which ensure, among other things, that your data cannot be viewed by unauthorized persons.
An unauthorized data transfer from us to a country outside the EU/EEA does not take place.
How long do we store your data?
All data will be deleted at the latest after six (6) months following notification of the decision regarding your application unless you have consented to longer data storage in the context of inclusion in our applicant pool.
What rights do you have
You have the right to request confirmation from us at any time as to whether we are processing personal data about you, and you have the right to information about your data. In addition, you can request the correction, deletion and restriction of data or object to the processing of data at any time. In addition, you have the right to revoke consent to data processing at any time or to request the transfer of your data. Furthermore, you have the right to contact a supervisory authority in the event of dataprotection violations.
