Does your company have several locations, and you only want customers to be able to select one of your locations before they even decide on a service? You have this possibility with the TIMIFY Branch Manager available with the TIMIFY Enterprise Version.
For the integration of multiple locations into your booking widget, you have to add the following attribute or parameter to your Widget URL:
For Booking Widget Overlay:
Attribute: data-enterprise-id
Example:data-enterprise-id="5c79487bed89503cfac758b3"
For Booking Widget iFrame:
Parameter: enterpriseId
Example: https://book.timify.com/locations?enterpriseId=5c79487bed89503cfac758b3
You can find the Enterprise ID of your Branch Manager when you click on Account > Details.
More information on how you can customise your TIMIFY booking widget can be found here.
IMPORTANT
ℹ️ The location finder works only if you have a TIMIFY Branch Manager account with more then 1 location.
ℹ️ The map is displayed in the location finder from a number of 11 location.
As shown in the example below, your customers will first see your different stores during the online booking process. In a map view, they are also shown which location is closest to their current location and therefore always select the best option for them. Only after selecting the location you will be taken to the service selection.
Please note that this option is only available for TIMIFY Enterprise users. More information about TIMIFY Enterprise can be found here: What has TIMIFY Enterprise to offer?
